Financial Wellness Program
After years of educating and helping tens of thousands of consumers get out of debt, PlanFirst has designed the Financial Wellness Program (FWP). The FWP is a customized approach to understanding the individual consumer’s needs and providing all the education, services and counseling required.
The approach starts with a one-on-one counseling session where a Budgeting Analysis is performed and financial and educational solutions are determined. Then PlanFirst matches the required financial and educational products up with the consumer’s needs to provide the desired solutions.

Education - PlanFirst provides
all consumers entering its FWP the TakingControl education program. This
comprehensive online financial
education program consists of three education courses including the Adult,
College Student and High School Student courses. In addition to the three
courses, there is an Interactive Learning Center that provides interactive

Debt Management Program (DMP)- Free enrollment into a Debt Management Program with a licensed service provider that will work directly with the creditors on your behalf to help you reduce your interest rates and re-age your past due accounts so you can become debt free.
