Mike Harris, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Harris founded PlanFirst Payment Solutions because he recognized an opportunity to help consumers regain their financial independence on a national level. Since then, he has overseen the development of PlanFirst's management team, infrastructure, strategy, business and client relationships —and in the process has helped thousands of consumers. Mr. Harris has over ten years of executive and marketing management experience. He has held positions as CEO, President, CMO and Vice President in various industries including the consumer financial service industry.

Thomas J. DePergola, President
As PlanFirst's President, Mr. DePergola works with PlanFirst's management team, developing future strategy, business and client relationships—and in the process has helped thousands of clients. Mr. Depergola has over seven years experience in the Credit Counseling Industry while serving as COO of a non-profit agency that serviced consumers nationwide.

Thomas G. Walker, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Walker, CPA, has over 20 years of experience in the financial leadership of public and private companies. As CFO of PlanFirst, Mr. Walker is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the financial and technology operations including all financial planning/control functions, and Internet and information systems. Mr. Walker has over seven years experience in the Credit Counseling Industry while serving as President and CFO for a non-profit agency that serviced consumers nationwide and he oversaw the development of the Industry’s premier education program. In addition to his duties with PlanFirst, Mr. Walker serves on the Board for the Hospice Foundation of the Florida Suncoast. Mr. Walker received his MBA from the University of South Florida in 1990.

David Burns, Chief Operating Officer
As COO for PlanFirst, Mr. Burns is responsible for the development and efficiency of all organizational operations, with the stated goal of achieving maximum customer satisfaction. In doing so, he directs the activities of managers in the customer service, processing, quality control and proposals departments. Mr. Burns has over 8 years in operations experience of a non-profit credit counseling agency.
